I was referred to Mr Jones by my GP for the pain in my thumb joint and carpel tunnel syndrome. I was seen promptly by a friendly professional team . I was given an injection and a splint . Mr Jones explained the procedures and I was extremely happy with the treatment I received. At the follow up appointment today ( again seen promptly ) Mr Jones listened to my description of current symptoms and , after carrying out tests , he detailed the reasons why he now recommended surgery. The risks were clearly explained and he made sure I was given a leaflet to take away. Mr Jones has a friendly manner. I felt completely at ease and confident that he was offering the best treatment for my circumstances. The NHS at it’s very best.

Mr Jones and his team recently carried out surgery on my thumb/wrist and removed a bone that had caused me horrific pain over the last 7 years. Now I am at the end of my recovery and what a difference this has made. Both Mr Jones and his after care team has been very courageous,polite and have dealt with both me and my wife with total professionalism. Thank you for this pain relief.

Swift pain relief given by injection and proposed surgical procedure explained clearly including prognosis and any possible complications. Seen promptly and opportunity to ask questions. Mr. Jones team are helpful and friendly. Very competent and professional service - hooray for the NHS.
